		<description>Yes, he was the nephew of Joseph and Margaret Chadwick. Incidentally, Joseph Chadwick is who I was named after. My grandfathers&#039; parents were Wilder and Jesse Ellis, and Wilder was a physician. They were on mission through the Presbyterian Church  in Persia during the early 1900s. I have an interesting photo from that period here:

		<description>I went to Chadwick from 1965 to 1969 (9th - 12th grades) and knew Ed my first year, which I think was his last year at Chadwick.  I remember him as being highly respected by all students and staff.  I didn&#039;t know much about his personal life except wasn&#039;t he was Mrs. Chadwick&#039;s nephew?  I was interested to read that Ed was born in Persia.  Can you tell me more about this?  Were his parents in the diplomatic corps or the military?
