I did a quick search around to find gluten-free restaurants in the area. First glance does not yield much, but I found a couple of GF menus to be found from some of the chain restaurants:
I’m tempted to call around to all the local restaurants and see if they offer gluten free menus or alternatives and posting the info here…

Ah no worries – there’s always wine, and some upcoming GF beers made from sorghum grain instead of barley.
